What’s up everybody, this Brandon at Turtle Slap Studios.

I just want to take a few minutes and talk to you guys about an amazing curriculum that helped me take my skills to the next level, the Rogue Mangaka Course, with 2DAnimation101.

I’ve been a fan of manga and anime for quite some time now, and it’s always been a dream of mine to create my own.

To learn numerous styles and have tons of resources.

The problem is with all of that, all those tools can be pretty overwhelming. You can become so caught up with choosing the correct style that you forget your main purpose for learning in the first place.

That’s why it’s important to empty your cup.

“What do you mean by empty your cup?”

Well, empty your cup means you dump out all the different styles, and all the different things that you think you know, so that you can take in something brand new.

That’s pretty much what this curriculum does.

Now, the teachers over at 2DAnimation101, they help you build the proper foundation, where then you can pick up all those different styles that you viewed over the time or learned over the years.

The great thing about this curriculum is that it has a gamification platform.

Now, what does that mean? It means it gives you the opportunity increase your level, or gain experience points to level up so that you yourself can see your potential growth as an artist.

So you can actually measure and track the way that you are progressing.

Now, you get these experience points by submitting your work from your level 1, all the way up to level 8, possibly level 10, the different exercises.

And they go step by step which is really I think, one of the things that is missing from all of these resources such as books or tutorials.

I think what it ultimately boils down to, is learning the foundation of something and then putting your own spin on it. I mean, that’s what art is all about, putting your spin on things.

So, if you’ve ever wanted to make your anime or make your own manga, I definitely recommend going to 2DAnimation101, signing up, and learning something new, or learning the foundation.

I mean, the main thing with it is, the course is free, you can’t lose what’s free, right?

So, take a couple of seconds, go to the website, www.2danimation101.com, look through their curriculum, sign up, do some of the exercises, and show me some of the things that you’ve done.

Like I said, I’m at Turtle Slap Studios, post some of your work on my site, or on my page, so that way I can see how you’ve advanced and will go from there.

All right?

Looking forward to seeing some of your work.
